Failure to provide a complete MRA including a detailed reason for removal can result in an administrative fee and/or vendor testing fees.
Examples of unacceptable reasons for removal: inop, failed, broken, does not work, leaking, etc.
Thorough reasons for removal include, but are not limited to any relevant information leading to the removal of the returning core such as SmartFix+ failure step, troubleshooting steps taken, environmental conditions witnessed, etc.
